Allen & Hoshall provided programming, planning, design, and construction management services for the remodel of an existing 3,200 sq. ft. medical office space for a second Hitchcock Family Medicine office location.
Hitchcock Family Medicine is a full-spectrum Direct Primary Care practice. The remodel included development of a 3,200 sq. ft. primary care facility for a three physician practice. Spaces included exam rooms, procedure room, medical assistant station, lab, potential future X-ray, physical therapy, physician consultation, waiting/ reception, staff and patient restrooms, and related support spaces for the facility.
