Allen & Hoshall is providing design, permitting, bidding and construction administration services to develop the new Region 2 Headquarters complex totaling 227,000 SF The $36M project includes seventeen (17) structures and development of 50 acre site with 70’ of elevation, parking to accommodate 450 vehicles of varying sizes, vehicle storage areas, large stormwater system with water quality units, and a detention pond. The structures include:

Garage Building including service & shop areas, warehouse area & office area (59,240 SF)
Fuel Center Building with canopy with gasoline & diesel fuel dispensers (2,197 SF)
Administration 2-story Office Building (39,363 SF)
Help Building with office, shop areas & storage areas (18,047 SF)
Materials Testing Building (9,947 SF)
Field Offices Building (11,891 SF)
Floating Maintenance Building (6,774 SF)
Highway Marking Building (11,630 SF)
