Support spaces within the facility include: offices and areas for staff, storage rooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, workrooms, and IT support offices.
The project was designed to exceed compliance with energy code the newly adopted ASHRAE 2010 requirements by the State of Mississippi.
The project included the extension of Parkwood Avenue, recently renamed Kuykendall Lane, approximately 1000 ft. The three lane road extension intersects Interstate Drive and was a key part of the New Career Technical Center Project.
