Greeneville Fire Headquarters Station No. 2

Allen & Hoshall provided design services to the Town of Greeneville for a new fire station to replace the existing Fire Station No. 2.

The new station will be 8,500 SF with a potential expansion of 3,500 SF for a future Emergency Operations Center. The facility included:

A three-bay configuration with pull-through capability.
Dormitory area with five rooms and three beds in each room.
Associated support space for offices, dayroom, and meeting spaces.
Adjacent space with a separate entry for offices for the Office of Emergency Management (OEM).
Adjacent space for a Police sub-station.
A unique design approach and building solutions to meet expectations within strict budgetary restraints.
