Allen & Hoshall provided engineering and construction services for the new Nonconnah Campus located on a 100 acre site in southwest Shelby County. New construction included major site infrastructure and a 3-story, 67,300 sq. ft. building for classrooms, library, labs, and administration. This project required sensitive site planning for future classroom buildings and support facilities. Since this campus’ emphasis is on technology, classrooms were designed for 21st century classroom requirements. Student areas were created on each floor level to support maximum student social interaction in a learning environment.
